Before working with Ripple Effect, a lack of farming knowledge meant that Adanech’s crop quality and coffee yields were poor.

After receiving training in sustainable farming skills, Adanech has improved the quality of her land and learned to control pests effectively. The results are abundant crop yields and a surplus to sell at the local market.

Adanech is now earning a vital income so she can support her children with a full education and gain the knowledge to secure skilled jobs in the future.

With coffee saplings, training and support, coffee farmers will have everything they need to grow themselves out of poverty, for good.
