A Growing Hope for Refugees charity gift supports refugee families in Uganda to grow a brighter future free from poverty and conflict.
Families forced to flee their homes in South Sudan are welcomed into the Palabek Refugee Settlement in Uganda where they learn the skills and knowledge to grow enough to eat to fight hunger. As they turn the small plots of land allocated to them into vegetable gardens and set up small businesses within their new community, their compounds start to become a home.
