About Ripple Effect
Established in 1988 (as Send a Cow), Ripple Effect is a dynamic and passionate international development charity on a mission to create a powerful and lasting impact. Our vision is to see a rural Africa that is confident, thriving, and sustainable, with a growing economy and higher living standards for all. At Ripple Effect, we've honed our focus on three critical areas: Sustainable Agriculture, Gender and Social Inclusion, and Enterprise Development. Through these pillars, we're dedicated to combating poverty and nurturing a vibrant, thriving African landscape that will thrive for generations to come.
About the Role
To develop and deliver high-quality, audience-focused content that enhances Ripple Effect's visibility, credibility and engagement with supporters, partners and other stakeholders. The Content Executive will identify, gather and transform programme stories, interviews, photography and video into compelling content and communications that demonstrate impact, strengthen supporter connections, support fundraising objectives, and amplify the voices of the communities we support. Through powerful storytelling and creative content production, the role will help grow Ripple Effect's brand, income and influence while ensuring all communications authentically, accurately and ethically reflect programme impact.
About You

You'll lead content-gathering trips, conduct interviews, produce multimedia content, manage our growing content library and collaborate with colleagues across the charity to deliver engaging communications and fundraising materials.
