Ripple Effect has today announced a planned leadership transition, with Chief Executive Paul Stuart confirming his intention to step down after a structured transition and handover period.
Paul will remain Chief Executive throughout the transition while the Board of Trustees undertakes the recruitment of Ripple Effect's next Chief Executive and oversees a planned handover to the successful candidate.
The Board has appointed Oxford HR, an executive search firm focused on senior level recruitment in the not-for-profit sector, to support the recruitment process, which will commence shortly.

The transition comes as Ripple Effect continues to build on its strategic direction, strengthen its international leadership and prepare to commence a number of significant new programmes and partnerships.
Ripple Effect's mission, strategy and commitment to supporting farming families and communities to transform their lives remain unchanged. The organisation will continue to deliver its programmes and work closely with partners, supporters and donors throughout the transition.
