Isaac Litali
Isaac Litali is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya; a Certified Public Secretary of Kenya ; and a holder of a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, in Scotland, UK. He is also a Member of the Kenya Institute of Management (MKIM).

Joyce Miguda Majiwa
Joyce Miguda Majiwa (OGW) (SC) is an advocate of the High court of Kenya with extensive experience in the working with civil society organizations. She is a Senior Counsel and a recipient of Head of State Commendation of the Order of the Grand Warrior of Kenya in recognition of exemplary service to the legal and public service and Human Rights work in Kenya.

Paul Stuart
Paul qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young before spending over 20 years in international business. During this time he developed partnerships in a number of different countries whilst leading an international publisher. He lived and volunteered with an international NGO in Mozambique for a year and joined Ripple Effect in 2013. Paul is also a Trustee of Development Initiatives.

Michael Muchilwa
Mike is a Fundraising Strategist with 35 years’ experience in resource mobilisation, sustainability, and organisational development. He holds degrees in economics and business, and is recognised as one of Africa’s leading consultants in the field. He has written five books on fundraising and entrepreneurship, and contributed to several award-winning publications on global philanthropy and NGO governance.

Gemma Porter
Gemma is an experienced programme manager and has worked in the international development sector for over 12 years supporting teams in Africa and the Caribbean. Gemma was Head of Programmes for Ripple Effect until 2017 and oversaw all SAC’s work in Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho and Zambia. She is now leading the Program Operations team for The Fred Hollows Foundation based in Melbourne.

Antoinette A. Absaloms
Antoinette is a corporate lawyer with twenty-five years’ multinational experience in the practice of law, gained from working with global brands in Central, East and West Africa. She has been recognised for her practice as one of Africa’s leading in-house lawyers. Antoinette has a passion for building sustainable communities and has been an active member of Rotary International since 2001.
