Ripple Effect programmes are making a big difference in the lives of school children. At school Zoe learns all about healthy eating and gardening plus she’s joined a nutrition club. This inspired her to create her own vegetable plot at home and now she grows cabbages, amaranth, spinach and aubergine. Zoe is passionate about improving nutrition in her community as well as pursuing her dream of raising livestock and studying medicine at university.
