Farming for the Future Fund
Helping farming families grow more food and adapt to climate change.
Across East Africa, most families rely on small farms for food and income. But longer droughts and heavier rains are making harvests unpredictable. When crops fail, families can face hunger, lost income and children missing school.
The Farming for the Future Fund supports farming families with simple, climate-smart skills that help them grow more food, protect their land and build secure futures.
What your support makes possible
With the right training and tools, farmers can:
- Improve soil and save water using regenerative methods
- Grow a wider variety of crops for healthier diets and reliable incomes
- Access quality seeds and livestock support
- Share skills across their community and with the next generation
With your support, most families we work with will eat a diverse, nutritious diet, experience little to no seasonal hunger, use farming methods that restore the land, and manage natural resources in sustainable ways. Together, we can help farming families not just survive climate change, but thrive in the face of it.
