About Ripple Effect
Established in 1988 (as Send a Cow), Ripple Effect is a dynamic and passionate international development charity on a mission to create a powerful and lasting impact. Our vision is to see a rural Africa that is confident, thriving, and sustainable, with a growing economy and higher living standards for all. At Ripple Effect, we've honed our focus on three critical areas: Sustainable Agriculture, Gender and Social Inclusion, and Enterprise Development. Through these pillars, we're dedicated to combating poverty and nurturing a vibrant, thriving African landscape that will thrive for generations to come.
About the Role
Grow Ripple Effect's legacy fundraising programme, inspiring supporters to create lasting change while generating sustainable income for communities across rural Africa.
About You
Help create lasting change for farming families across rural Africa.
Ripple Effect is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Legacy Officer to help grow our gifts in Wills and in-memory fundraising programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity to inspire supporters to leave a lasting legacy, build meaningful relationships and generate sustainable income that will transform lives for generations to come.
You'll support the delivery of our legacy fundraising programme, helping to create engaging campaigns and supporter journeys that encourage gifts in Wills. You'll provide excellent stewardship to legacy supporters, manage legacy enquiries and estate administration, and work collaboratively across teams to maximise long-term fundraising opportunities.
You'll have experience in legacy fundraising, supporter engagement, individual giving fundraising, relationship management or a related field, alongside excellent communication and organisational skills. A passion for delivering outstanding supporter experiences and building lasting relationships is essential.
By joining Ripple Effect, you'll play an important role in growing a fundraising programme that helps farming families across Africa build sustainable livelihoods and brighter futures.
If you're ready to use your skills to create lasting impact and help supporters make a difference for future generations, we'd love to hear from you.
