Our dedicated UK team, headquartered in Bath, passionately supports Ripple Effect's fundraising and organisational governance. Our dynamic fundraising teams raise awareness about opportunities in rural Africa, addressing inequalities and environmental challenges. Our UK teams wholeheartedly advocate for Ripple Effect, sharing our story with both new and loyal audiences.
Our office in Newton St Loe, just outside Bath, is a creative hub for teams to meet and collaborate. We offer flexible work arrangements, learning and development opportunities, and encourage innovative thinking.
