About the role
Ripple Effect is recruiting a Programme and Partners Support Manager which is a senior role based in Bujumbura. Programme and partners support manager will manage the local programme, ensuring it aligns with government policies, national development plans and Ripple Effect’s strategic aims. Ensuring the local programme delivers high quality results that address requirements of government, communities, donors, supporters and other relevant stakeholders.

About You
The ideal candidate for Ripple Effect should have an MA or MSc in a relevant field, with strong experience in programme development, management, and sustainable project design. They should excel in organizing trainings, monitoring programs, and understanding donor requirements. Key skills include effective report writing, project proposal development, and excellent communication across cultures. The candidate must be self-motivated, professional, and a strategic thinker with a commitment to Ripple Effect’s mission and values. Experience in mentoring staff and working within organizational policies is essential. Ripple Effect values diversity and inclusivity in its hiring process.
Several years relevant experience in NGO with at least 3 years Senior Management leadership experience
