Believing that every person deserves a life worth living, we are driven by empathy, humanity, and justice towards people and the planet.

Ripple Effect was built on Christian values and faith drives some of our staff members to this day. However, we work with all faiths and none and welcome all applications. Some staff members choose to reflect or say prayers in meetings and we ask all employees to be respectful of this faith position.
